“Great homestay, authentic area, crazy views”

The staff, especially Xiang Xin Yue, went out of their way to make us comfortable, which really lifted the whole experience. The place sits in a great spot, the room was roomy with a nice view, and the meals we had there were delicious. We didn't find any real downsides; the only thing we didn't love were some nearby attractions, but that had nothing to do with the guesthouse.

“Stunning views”

Location couldn't be better – the hotel overlooks the canyon and it's only a ten‑minute drive to the visitor centre. The team even shuttled us to the centre and dropped us off at a restaurant on our first night, and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast on‑site, which were tasty and filling. The only hiccup was that we only received a single key for the room.

The staff were unbelievably kind; a young guy met me at the bus stop before check‑in and kept picking me up after each trip to the Grand Canyon entrance. They suggested good local eateries and were happy to drive me there and back whenever I wanted. Breakfast was big and delicious, and the floor‑to‑ceiling windows gave a clear view of the canyon mountains. The only drawback is the rooftop play area – it’s worn out and you can’t really sit there comfortably.

A quiet spot that turned out to be perfect for the canyon tour, and the staff were friendly enough to give me a lift both ways. Nothing else to complain about.

The hotel is right next to the Enshi Grand Canyon, which is super convenient. However, the rooftop activity zone feels dated and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while.
