The hotel staff is a great person, and there was nothing that did not please me.
I couldn’t check in because upon arrival I was told that my reservation wasn’t in the system, which was extremely unpleasant and stressful, especially after confirming the booking and traveling; being left without a room in that situation was very disappointing, and I hope management will address the booking system so other guests don’t face the same issue. I consider such service unreliable and unacceptable; a hotel that can’t guarantee a confirmed booking raises serious doubts.
“Great Location, Poor Setup”
The location of this place is unbeatable, but that's where the positives end. They don't even have a proper reception desk, just a tiny shop that's only open at certain hours. It's a bit of a weird setup, but I guess it works for some people.
Everything was fine: the sea is 5 minutes away, the pool is nearby, the large, clean pool has a sea view, and although it’s communal, it was pleasant to swim there; a couple of times the trash was forgotten, but I took care of it myself.
“A Week of Relaxation”
We spent a week at this hotel and had a great time. The area was spotless, well-maintained, and quiet, with a night market nearby that, while not as diverse as the one in the center, was cleaner and more comfortable, with some prices being lower. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded, and the pool was spacious and clean, the only downside being that it closed at 7 pm. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and cozy, and we got free coffee and water every day.
