“Es war ein sehr schöner aufenthalt”

Breakfast was exceptionally good with a wide selection, rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were very nice, especially the caretaker Giovanni, who was always present, helpful, diligent, and attentive—many thanks! The only minor issue was the absence of English breakfast tea and the nice kettle in the dining room (it was different two years ago); it’s not a world‑shattering problem, but I like my tea hot and the water from the machine isn’t hot enough for me.

The rooms were modern and renovated, and the location is great, offering a lovely view of the lake from the balcony. The reception staff were somewhat semi‑friendly, giving the impression that we were a nuisance, and the hotel bar offered no service in the evening; last year we were very satisfied, but this time the atmosphere felt cold and unfriendly.

“Nicht zu empfehlen”

The room was new‑looking, but the staff were unfriendly, the mattresses were hard, and the room was extremely noisy; we checked out after one night.

“Im Großen und Ganzen ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.”

Sehr sauberes Zimmer Top Zimmerservice Sehr vielfältiges Frühstück Saubere Anlage Parkplatz stand immer zur Verfügung - gegen Aufpreis Beachbar am Strand sehr einladend. Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Rezeption ließ doch etwas zu wünschen übrig. Gestört hat uns auch, dass während der Frühstückszeit direkt vor den Sitzplätzen der Rasen gemäht wurde
