The staff were super helpful and friendly, the rooms all face the ocean, the beds were comfy, showers were hot with good pressure, and Wi‑Fi worked well.

“1 of my best location in Caribbean”

The location is one of the best in Sint Maarten, with a nice beach and hiking next door, plus a walking path and decent‑priced restaurants nearby. It’s family‑friendly, offering 2‑bedroom suites with 2 baths, a kitchen, a family room, and a nook to eat, and you can walk straight down to the beach in seconds from your room—there’s really nothing better. The hotel itself is fine. Fort Amsterdam is great because you can walk through Little Bay Divi Hotel to catch sunsets and sunrises without driving, and you can also see the cruise ship port and Phillipsburg.

“Loved our Stay at the Belair hotel, Everyone was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.”

We loved that it was on the beach and that it was a boutique hotel. The rooms were very spacious, which worked well for our family of four. The pool was very small.
