The room was clean, cozy, and the pool was great, yet the breakfast was delayed heavily, with only one staff member serving ten tables at once even though the menu was à la carte.

The location and the surrounding parks were nice. The staff were not particularly welcoming or smiling. Our curtain smelled like dust – we should have mentioned it, but we just hung it out the window.

The care and attention started long before the stay began. The team reached out to me to clarify a comment I had made, showing great concern for my well‑being. Everyone was extremely attentive and helpful at all times. Hailton is an exceptional person, always very polite and helpful, and the owner is a wonderful person. The experience was wonderful, and I recommend the stay without hesitation. I absolutely loved it – the breakfast is prepared by a chef, each guest chooses what they want a day in advance, and it is served with great care. Rooms and bathrooms are impeccable, the internet is good, the bed, mattress, and pillows are great. In short, there are no faults for me. The small lodge is full of charm!
