“Schönes Zimmer, Unterkunft aber etwas abgelegen”

The room was nicely furnished, the bed very good, and the view of the fjord from the room was beautiful. Parking was free. The room had a capsule coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and a small fridge. There was no storage space, so with two suitcases it felt very cramped. Breakfast was not provided; you have to buy it at a grocery store. The only restaurant in town next door opens at 12:00 and serves simple fried dishes. To reach the accommodation you have to drive through five narrow tunnels. It’s well placed for hiking in the corner (Segla, Hesten), but the location is not ideal for exploring the island of Senja. It was cold, especially in the bathroom, and the heater was barely sufficient in September.

“Cosy and comfortable stay!”

The room was cozy and well furnished, and it was very close to the hiking trailheads. The restaurant beside it (probably the only one in the area) served decent fish & chips, and a 24‑hour mart three minutes away had basic items. Overall it was a splendid stay, though it was just a tad small so it was hard to fit two pieces of luggage. No other complaints.

“Besser als erwartet.”

Es waren außer einem kleinem Kühlschrank auch noch eine Mikrowelle vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeit (7x24) keine 200 m entfernt. Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Man muss beachten das das große Fenster der Unterkunft vor einer Straße ist, aber es gibt Blickdichte Vorhänge

The room was nice, I liked the wool blankets, and having a refrigerator and microwave was convenient. We enjoyed a great view and the proximity to the trails. The bathroom had no hooks or shelves, and it was small. Our room was right next to the reception entrance, so people constantly walked by and could see into our room, which was very annoying and unacceptable. The location was remote with no restaurants except the one at the hotel. Breakfast should be offered at the restaurant, and the dinner menu expanded with better food.

The location was close to the hiking trail toward Segla. The room was painted black, which made it feel like a tomb. In that room you felt like a display plate for passing cars and pedestrians.
