They emailed me saying, “Hey you need to cancel your booking because we cannot accommodate your date.” What a shame. It’s non‑refundable, so I’m forced to find another staycation.

They went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute booking, which was a huge relief. The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. The unit itself was spotless and had an incredible view that really made my stay special. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone.
