The location, room comfort, and cleanliness were excellent, and the hotel’s proximity to major transport links makes it especially convenient. However, none of the staff speak a single word of English, which is unacceptable for a reception team at an international hotel and is a serious issue.

The hotel’s location right next to the metro station is superb, and our room offered a stunning view over the entire city. The room was tidy and the ventilation worked well, with direct access to a large shopping centre. On the downside, the chocolate desserts and the older interior décor were disappointing, and new skyscrapers are currently being built next to the neighbour, so the views will suffer.

The area around the hotel is surrounded by various facilities, with no particular negatives.

The location is very convenient, with many cafés, snack bars, and shops on the lower floors, and the ability to reach the metro without leaving the building. The room is excellent, offering a magnificent view from the window. The drawbacks are that the bathroom floor is icy, though slippers are provided, the sauna and hammam were out of service during our stay, which was very disappointing, and the Wi‑Fi signal is weak and unreliable.

The location is lively and vibrant. My father and I have stayed at Renaissance twice and thrice before; this time my mother joined us and we booked a large Twin Room with Two Single Beds and a City View on the 37th floor. The room’s layout and design were beautiful, and breakfast was delicious. There is nothing to dislike here.
