The place had great amenities and a solid location, but it was freezing even after asking for help; the cold ruined what could have been a nice stay.

We had a huge, stylish room with a big, comfy bed and a great spot, but the reception was in a different building and only reachable via WhatsApp, which could confuse some guests.
