The location is handy, only a 5‑minute walk from Florence’s central station SMN and close to tram stops on lines 1 and 2. I could hear the tram’s noise and vibration passing by the building, even though my first‑floor room didn’t face the street; perhaps the issue lies with the tram operator, as the rails made huge sounds at certain spots.

It’s close to the train station and the historic center, so you can walk there. At night, the area feels a bit unsafe and lonely.

The location and cleanliness are good, but a single room costs 180 €, which is frankly excessive for a modest hotel. The rooms are clean but just furnished, very small.
