This hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. I enjoyed my stay and found it to be a peaceful retreat.

Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was not positive. The staff handled a situation with unprofessionalism, charging me extra fees for a minor damage that I didn't think warranted such a high cost. Instead of approaching the situation in a fair and constructive way, I was met with an unpleasant attitude that left a bad taste. I think this kind of treatment is unfair and would discourage me from renting from them again.

I appreciated the hotel's great location and cleanliness, but was slightly disappointed that there were no coffee or tea facilities available.

Unfortunately, the internet connection was extremely poor during my stay. Despite some minor issues, I had a decent experience overall.
