“Warm welcome and beautiful room, small details which made it feel both comfortable and homely”
The place sits in a lovely setting, feels truly special and has been sympathetically restored with great taste. The location is excellent, parking is plenty, and a good restaurant is just down the road for an evening meal. We stayed one night and would love to come back for a mini break to explore the area. If you go, make sure to visit Château Azay le Ferron and take the guided tour – it’s definitely worth it.
Delicious breakfast with homemade jams. The environment is calm and the hosts are very available, which is a plus. A very pleasant stay.

An amazing hidden quiet spot, a room like from a fairy tale, and extremely pleasant hosts. We especially liked the chat about the reconstruction of the estate and its history, everything sensitively repaired and restored. In the heat we appreciated the hidden but very pleasant pool. A beautiful luxurious castle‑style breakfast. The host even brought us strawberries from her own garden – yum! Relaxation and peace, and we were sad we didn’t stay longer.

The arrival via the driveway toward the castle was especially beautiful – simply stunning! Everything is gorgeous and well restored, and you can see how much work went into it. The Tropical room is gorgeous, the bathroom is spacious and nice. The pool provides a pleasant cooling break. Breakfast the next morning was amazing and had everything – tasty coffee, fresh croissants, and homemade jam. Perfect.
