“Good location for a local visit but I wouldn’t holiday here with kids”
Nice spot near pretty Ruthin. The caravan was warm and superficially clean but would need a deep clean, as it’s been a long time since one was done. Some meals can be bought in the bar area. The property is heavily geared toward owners, so Friday and Saturday night entertainment was for owners only. I definitely wouldn’t bring over 7 people because nothing was available besides a dip in the pool and a playground. No one on site could be reached after hours for noisy neighbors, and I wasn’t told in advance when the water would be turned off overnight, so I left without water to take pain medication during the night unexpectedly. Management didn’t care the next day either! The caravans can be quite noisy, as the non‑sleeping kid/elephant spent late nights and early mornings running up and down the next‑door caravan for hours, sounding like a kettle drum being banged incessantly. Home for a rest!

Additionally, the mobile network signal was extremely weak, making it difficult to stay connected.
