The staff were friendly, but everything else fell apart. I booked a studio with a kitchen, yet it was just a cabinet with a sink—no stove, no dishes, no kettle, no utensils, and they even said you couldn’t bring food in. The outdoor pools were dirty and icy; only the indoor pool was usable. There’s no air‑conditioning, so we had to sleep with the windows open, and the mosquito nets were torn.

The warm pool had a weird greenish tint, and the jacuzzi was broken. Everything else was a disappointment.

The staff were very responsive, but there was no air‑conditioning and the water ran out for almost 20 hours.
