The hotel is in a great location and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately it feels a bit dated; a lamp in the room was broken, and the steam sauna in the spa area is still out of service. We had no internet in the room and only a weak connection in the lobby, which was a real disappointment for planning outings.

The location on the Rhine is great, especially for cycling trips. The staff were a bit slow.

The hotel’s location is good for relaxation, with walks around the lake and the heath. The pool and whirlpool are great! Parking was confusing – we received a QR code at reception, activated it late, and had to report everything back to reception. If reception could log the car brand into the system themselves, it would be perfect.
