The accommodation is very well located. The staff are friendly, very good disposition, attentive. Everything was fine. It’s a hostel without luxuries, with the basics for a few nights in Madrid.

They had 24‑hour staff. All receptionists are amazing: attentive, very friendly. The Wi‑Fi connection kept disconnecting.

Que te dejaran guardar las maletas antes del check in fue maravillo, el lugar súper céntrico y el personal muy educado !!. Por la lona frente el edificio fue difícil encontrarlo Sin embargo se entiende que no el edificio se está reformando, de resto está muy bien el lugar

The location is good, and for the one night I needed it was fine. The hotel is clean but very basic. They had no air conditioning; they warned us, but I didn’t think having AC was really necessary.
