I was thrilled to find the place just a stone's throw from the metro stop, and the décor was pretty nice. Unfortunately, the room was quite dirty; the bathroom had hair from previous guests and the shower had a clogged drain. After I talked to the owner, the drain cleared up, but the rest of the room stayed filthy. Because this room is semi-basement, it carried a strong smell of damp and mildew, and the pillows were torn.

The apartment is in a residential area close to the metro stop, with a spacious and comfortable room for two adults and two kids. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has a coffee machine with pods. I appreciated the owner/manager’s willingness and kindness. Ventilation could be better—probably coming from the basement—and the smell is tolerable but not pleasant. We suggest making the staircase and mezzanine safer, especially with small children.

The accommodation is simply gorgeous. Its location makes it easy to reach the U-Bahn station Salvator Rosa. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and we stayed as a group of four, though we were actually three. It was cozy, had everything needed, and the kitchen was handy, with a great coffee machine as a bonus. There was plenty of space for all our belongings. The bathroom was nice and clean upon arrival. I especially loved the terrace—relaxing and comfortable. The management contact was flawless: friendly, accommodating, helpful, and meticulous to the last detail. Thank you, Gregorio! For me, the place feels like Naples—unique, special, and beautiful. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely come back.
