The location is really great and the room is clean! The breakfast, however, wasn’t the best.

The breakfast was very nice and the room was clean and lovely. The stairs were steep and the front‑desk staff were not very accommodating at check‑in. I didn’t know it was self‑check‑in, so the host mocked us for not being able to check in ourselves. We received good help, but it was still unpleasant after a long trip, feeling criticized and unprofessional, as if we were in the way.

Einzig positiv das Frühstück war ganz ok, Obst und Wurstvielfalt und man war im Zentrum. 2 Kleine Schiessscharten als Fenster. Blick auf die Karlsbrücke ein einziger Witz. Düsteres und dunkles Zimmer mit vielen Treppen. Keine Rezeption und nerviges Ein- und Auschecken. Fazit- NIE WIEDER
