We booked two places with the same host, but on arrival the host switched us to a different property in a much less central neighbourhood with a lower rating. The host claimed the change was at our request and that other guests were rebooked, yet we were never told about the new location and the original listing became available again online. The staff on the phone blamed us, and the new place was far from the centre, sparsely furnished, even putting a bed in the kitchen. We cannot recommend this host’s property.

The price was good, but the facilities and the deposit were disappointing.

The value for money is excellent. The accommodation is clean, the equipment is adequate, shops and the centre are nearby, the house is quiet, and the neighbours are completely trouble‑free.

We never received the access code. Nobody answered repeated phone calls, emails or messages. We had to book another place because we couldn’t get into the building. Total failure.
