The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was very generous, and the setting was lovely. However, the photos did not match reality: our chalet was old, the blinds were damaged, and the mosquito nets were also worn. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, so it was really hot. The private onsen was just a bathtub with 60‑degree water in a very unappealing bathroom.

The buffet breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious, and we could relax there with our pet. The only issue was that, being in a mountainous area, insects appeared, which was unavoidable.
