Richemont Hotel

The location is very good, the area is nice, and the hotel sits directly on the lake with a bus stop right in front, offering a beautiful view from the room; free public transport tickets are provided, and the underground parking is available for a fee; it’s quiet yet close to the center, offering good value. The toilet seat was dirty, two towels had long hairs and black spots on one; the elevator stops working after 18 h, so you have to use the stairs with luggage, which is a bit of a hassle.

The bus stop is close; there are spider webs on the ceiling, and the reception closes at 17 h.

“Gute Lage, willkommen und unkompliziert.”

The reception was very friendly, attentive, and well prepared – top; the beds are not comfortable, only one pillow is provided, it’s too soft, and the mattress is quite sagging.

“Excellent option for the price paid”

The location is great, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel and they handed us a free bus voucher; the breakfast is awesome and the buffet is a great price; the staff is super kind and always tries to give the best service. The only downside is that there is no service after 5 pm, nor the elevator or the lobby, and they use a lock‑box system for check‑in (if needed). They did communicate this in advance, but it’s the only drawback because we normally have someone during our stay to help with any request.
