“Wonderful stay”
Everything was great; the stay at the house and the owners took good care of us. The rooms should have a ceiling fan; it’s too hot otherwise, so we don’t always want to turn on the AC.

Breakfast arrives in-room, featuring continental, vegetarian, and Asian selections. The property lies a 13‑minute walk from Negombo Beach and 12 km from Bandaranaike International Airport.

Ashoka, the owner, is a fantastic host and an even better person. Unfortunately, my brother and sister couldn’t join me, but Ashoka made me feel at home and truly looked after me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart 🫶 The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and spacious. It’s a short walk from the beach but in a very quiet area, which suited me well. I couldn’t rate this apartment higher and would definitely recommend.

We highly recommend staying at Ralph’s residence in “little Rome” Negombo, which sits nicely between Colombo and the southern beaches. Ashoka and Pushpa gave us a clean, well‑presented balcony apartment with all modern appliances, a real treat for tired travelers, but the warm welcome was the highlight. Ashoka also proved to be an excellent tour guide and safe driver, taking us to Galle and pointing out interesting spots along the way, and he even met us and dropped us off at the airport.

The place was super nice, even better than the photos, and the owner was incredibly welcoming, making us feel at home right away. He helped us order dinner, gave us directions, and prepared a lovely breakfast. He’s always available if you need anything. The beds were comfy—the double mattress was a lot more comfortable than a single, which is the only comment. Air‑con, mosquito nets, washing machine—couldn’t have asked for more.
