I’m a frequent visitor and the staff were their usual upbeat, helpful selves, the room was good, and the food was decent. The low‑level lighting in the room, which looks stylish to most, is a bit harsh for someone with partial sight, though it probably works for others.

The single room was fine for one person, the spot was excellent, and the vibe was solid. The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t part of the package.

We stayed in a roomy two‑bedroom apartment that was perfect for our family of five on our last night in Europe. Its spot was convenient to Paddington Station and the bus to Oxford Street for our final shopping. The host was very accommodating with our luggage and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment had nice, homely touches everywhere. There was nothing negative to mention.

The location and room were good. First impressions were a bit off because there was nowhere to stash a bag. The room was small, breakfast and the staff were good.
