“Booking arrangements should be more punctual”
I waited about an hour before I could actually get my room.

Everything was fine. Nothing else to add.

I didn’t like anything about the stay. The hotel failed to provide basic amenities like a towel or soap, even though breakfast was included in my booking and nothing was offered. No one was at the reception to respond. I am demanding a refund, and if that fails I will take the matter to the Consumer Forum. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a property.

The location is good, but the room was dirty and the air conditioning wasn’t working.

The place is well‑located and the room is spacious, but the cleanliness is very poor and the AC is not functioning.
