The facilities, the room, and the pool were great. The breakfast could be improved; it would help to offer two options since not everyone eats the same way. For access to the hotel, they could lay cement because there’s a short unpaved stretch before you arrive that looks bad.

The location is perfect: steps from the best beaches in the area, the staff are friendly, and the towels and sheets are high quality. During the first few days we chose a ground‑floor room with a private pool, but we wanted more light, so we switched to a suite with a great view.

“This isn’t a boutique experience and place isn’t ran super well.”

The pool was nice and the rooms are sized well, and the view is also great, but the shower head was broken, there was no hot water in the shower, and filtered water wasn’t easily accessible; the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner all weekend and I wasn’t informed until after check‑in.
