The old house was lovely, impeccably cleaned, with a pleasant scent throughout, air‑conditioning, a large bathroom, fast internet, and a very kind owner who was a gentleman and didn’t let my daughters carry the single bag from the car. Though there was no breakfast, the coffee was excellent. The accommodation is great just a short distance from Florence. I recommend it. Parking wasn’t available at the house, but nearby spots could be found and a few minutes before the hotel you could park a van. That’s a minor drawback.

The reception and directions were good, but the parking was not very convenient.

The property sits in a strategic spot, close to the station where trains reach Florence, Siena, Pisa, and Livorno. The room was cool, comfortable, and quiet. The host was super kind and always available— we’ll be back! Nothing negative.
