“Scammer manager!!!”

-. There is always a hot water problem, everytime I have to ask manager to turn on some switch at reception - for this price is unacceptable. I booked breakfast included option but restaurant is shut down and no food. The manager is rude, he tried to take revenge at checkout showing pictures of old stains on bedsheet and requesting me to pay for it

“Decent room, good location and one good staff member”

The best thing about Rinchen Hotel was the friendly Tibetan girl on reception. She was the only one who ever smiled at me or said Good Morning. I was so impressed with her attitude that I gave her my bicycle when I left

The staff had no manners to communicate, and every sheet was full of holes that even caught my leg in the middle of the night.

“I hope this helps to improve!”

I stayed one night and the experience was quite disappointing. I had booked, but when I arrived the front desk staff had no idea about my reservation and had to call someone else to confirm it, which felt very unprofessional. After a few minutes they finally handed me the key but didn’t mention check‑in/check‑out times, breakfast times, Wi‑Fi, or which floor the room was on—just said “Room 502.” The room was decent but had several problems: the telephone was broken, no toiletries were provided as listed online, and although the room was booked for two people we received only one towel. The bathroom was also pretty dirty, which was very disappointing. Breakfast was very basic—only bread and egg were available. During checkout I was asked to wait while they “checked the room,” which made me feel extremely uncomfortable as a guest; this was the first time I’d ever had to wait for someone to verify the room before leaving. It was an uneasy and unnecessary moment that added to the overall dissatisfaction. Overall, the stay could have been much better. The hotel really needs to improve its professionalism, cleanliness, communication, and basic service standards.
