The shops are all within walking distance on the commercial street, which is great. However, having to block 200 euros upfront causes anxiety, and you’ll have to wait up to 20 minutes both when you arrive and when you leave because one person handles 5 or 6 hotels; it’s quite unpleasant even though the staff is friendly once they finally get to you.

The place is clean, the location is super convenient with free parking right in front, and the room, though modest, is comfortable and functional. The price is excellent. The odd part is the security deposit requirement, which is returned anyway. If you pay the deposit in cash it’s 50 euros, but with a card it’s 200 euros.

The spot is perfect for walking the Fishermen’s Trail, and the staff were friendly. You have to call ahead for arrival and departure because no one is on site. The building feels outdated and noisy. The mattresses were hard and everything shows it could use an upgrade. It’s also strange that a deposit is required for such a place (though it was mentioned beforehand).

The location is fine. The description and photos showed a kitchen where we could cook, but when we got there the kitchen had been unavailable “for months” and that ruined our plans and added costs. They were very demanding about deposits, check‑out times, room inspections, and other things, but were not flexible or attentive to guest comfort.
