Ramada Downtown Abu Dhabi hotel is centrally located in Tourist Club Area, within walking distance to Abu Dhabi Shopping Mall and the business district. The hotel features spacious, modern rooms with air-conditioning, satellite TV, and private bathrooms. Amenities include a rooftop Vertical Bar, Sura restaurant, Blendz Coffee Shop, outdoor pool, Ramada Spa, The Figure 8 fitness center, and 24-hour room service and front desk.

The staff at the reception were lovely, distinctive, and fast, with no delays; they handled all requests smoothly and resolved complaints quickly. The cleanliness was top‑level, the setting very comfortable and quiet, free from any noise. I recommend everyone try this experience, especially since shops and restaurants are close to the hotel, which is a very special feature. I didn’t find anything that disappointed me; everything was elegant and reasonably priced. I only have a tiny note: there is no toilet paper. I hope they address this by putting toilet paper in all bathrooms. Thank you for all your efforts.
