I’ve stayed here many times, and this time I was very happy with the room we got. The only downside was finding a couple of hairs that weren’t ours.

The spot was great, but there were ants in my room.
Very comfortable, great amenities, and a good position.
“Highly expensive for what the rooms were worth”
The lagoon pool and the food was lovely. The beds rolling around the floor was annoying, the rooms were very basic and outdated, definitely not ‘deluxe’. After paying nearly $400 per room per night it was a disappointing stay
“Just adequate”
I stayed in a freshly renovated room on L03 with an Ocean View that I’d rate 9/10, and the Ocean Pool was also 9/10. For a one‑night return visit I asked for the lowest rate room and got it; the L01 was unrefurbished, looked over a roof onto the carpark, and I’d give it 1/10. The Front of House staff were friendly, but they really need more training on their systems and procedures.
