“Razoável”

I really liked the location and the cleanliness. The breakfast was simple, and I couldn’t use the pool on Saturday night because it’s on the roof with the bar and they rent it out for events. There was a private party that night and the pool wasn’t available, and that wasn’t mentioned at reception.

“Deixou a desejar e muito.”

The room was good, the bathroom was well maintained, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the hotel provided toiletries like shampoo and soap for extra convenience. However, despite these positives, some aspects were disappointing. The hotel has parking, but there aren’t enough spots for all guests; they’re allocated by first‑come, first‑served, so later arrivals may have to leave their cars on the street, which feels unsafe and uncomfortable. Another drawback is that the bar area is outsourced and rented out for external events, which often blocks pool access for guests. On top of that, the pool was quite dirty. These are important issues that need to be addressed to improve guest comfort, safety, and overall quality.

“Volto em breve”

Everything was fine. Nothing to complain about.

The bed was super comfy and we stayed in a room with a sea view, which really lifted the whole experience; the staff were polite. However, our room had a leak near the window—thanks to the quick rain it didn’t soak us too badly. The shower never really heated up; most days it stayed cold, and we only found out at the end of our trip that someone had to adjust the boiler.
