“Banging sound in the room !!”

The location is good, but the room was constantly banging all night, keeping me awake and raising my blood pressure.

The hospitality at this hotel was top-notch, but the room service was a bit of a letdown. The food was a bit pricey, but the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I wish they had better options for room service.

I was really disappointed with the service at this hotel. It took an eternity to get water bottles to our room, and when we asked them to heat up our food, the staff were completely unhelpful and rude. To make matters worse, they wanted us to pay extra for basic things like plates and spoons. It's little things like this that can really ruin your stay.

The view from our room was stunning, and we were close to all the nearby attractions. However, the hotel was a bit lacking in the little things - they didn't provide basic amenities like toiletries or towels. It was a shame, because the location was perfect.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, our experience with the travel desk agent Shahbaz was a disaster. He was friendly and helpful, but his colleague was completely uncooperative and unhelpful. It was a shame, because the hotel itself was great.
