The place is unbeatable and the rooms are massive, and the hotel itself is spotless, but the lobby feels dead—no bar, no entertainment, no music to soften the eerie silence of the old 80s department store vibe, and the mannequins on each floor just add to the creepiness instead of nostalgia.

I loved the spot and the room was huge, but the staff forgot to clean the room, only swapping out the towels.

“We loved the location, and the hotel lobby is very nice but the hotel was very expensive for value”

We were surprised to find a breakfast offered at the hotel, but for the steep price of the room it felt only moderately clean, especially since the floor was wet when we arrived, and we were hit with a "water tax" that seemed unnecessary because there was no bottled water in our room.

“Unfortunate”

The building looks cool, but I would never book room 215 because the bins are emptied early every morning, there's no sound insulation, the maid service is poor, and they left no towels and the coffee cups were dirty.
