“Location Was Priority”

We could check in a bit early to get ready for a nearby formal event, which we appreciated; the air conditioning was quiet and effective, and the hotel was the one recommended for event guests. However, the surrounding area has deteriorated, with some homeless people on the adjacent property, the complimentary breakfast was missing, so we had to order coffee and breakfast items from the menu; body wash wasn’t offered, only two pumps of shampoo and one of conditioner, and the double‑door closet only opened on one side, leaving barely any space to move luggage or hang clothes.

“Nice place to spent a night visiting UCR”

It’s close to the UCR, but the place feels outdated.

“Just ok, won’t come back.”

The hallway carpet was disgusting, the bistro was a joke, and the server ignored us, so we left.

The staff were friendly, but there was a smell in the hallway and the elevator wasn’t very good.
