This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was amazing. I slept like a baby every night.

I loved walking around the area, there's plenty to see and do. However, the hotel itself could use some TLC. The maintenance was a bit lacking, and it showed in the rooms and common areas. Still, the location made up for it.

The hotel's location is pretty terrible, and the building itself is ancient. But, to be fair, the rooms were pretty gross too. I mean, stinking rooms are a major turn-off, and this place delivered. Not exactly the most pleasant stay.

The hotel's location is actually a major plus, being right between Baddi and Nalagarh. However, the room itself was a bit of a letdown. It looked like it hadn't been updated in ages, and the bed was damp, which was pretty off-putting. Still, the location made it worth it.
