Both dinner and breakfast featured plenty of fresh Hokkaido ingredients and were delicious, and the scenery around the hotel is wonderful. At check‑in the hotel staff helped me, so that was fine, but on the way out the long stairs from the front exit to the parking made it hard to carry my suitcase; I couldn’t find a ramp. If I drove to the back entrance, the steps and height differences would be fine.

The place sits right near the waterfalls, which is super convenient. The staff were friendly and pleasant, and the dinner and breakfast were tasty. The building feels a bit dated and could use an update, and the beds are very low.
