Casa Hotel La Bonita

My recent mini‑vacation turned out to be a real treat. The room matched what I’d imagined – warm and inviting – and the common areas felt perfect for just kicking back. I’d definitely point this place to friends and hope to swing by again soon.

“Me sentí como en casa”

The hotel feels safe overall and the staff are genuinely friendly, making me feel secure from the moment I arrived. The downside is that they don’t do daily housekeeping, so the room can get a bit stale after a couple of days.

The booking site was out of date; when we emailed to confirm our arrival we learned there were no rooms left and, to make matters worse, the reservation couldn’t be cancelled. It left us stuck with a reservation we couldn’t use.

“Bonito y.......cero atención al cliente”

The house itself is pretty and the rooms look decent at first glance, but they’re dim and feel cramped. Over a six‑day stay we never got fresh sheets or towels, and only two quick fixes were made to the room while the bathroom was completely ignored. The front desk staff were nice at check‑in, but after that they seemed to disappear.

The neighborhood is charming and the hotel feels comfortable and spotless. Staff were consistently polite and helpful, making the whole experience pleasant.
