Nothing. I booked my room six days ahead, paid the fee, yet when I arrived to check in I was told no rooms were available and I was turned away. That was over 24 hours ago and I still haven’t received any refund. The fact that I was told they were full upon arrival and that I still haven’t been refunded is the main issue.

The room was clean and cozy, with no problems during my stay. The location was great and the price reasonable, so I’d definitely stay again. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it did the job for one night.

Television and fridge in room. Broken shower Room wasn't available as booked

Friendly staff and great location. Kettle was tiny and full of lime scale. Room could have been cleaner. Was quite expensive.
