From the moment we arrived until the minute we left, the staff were always happy to help; my wife is from Scotland and they even accepted her Scottish note, something many places in Leeds would not take. The room was very nice and clean, and everything from the instructions to the free tea and coffee was really nice. We had breakfast on the last day before leaving, which was an extra charge, but we didn’t mind since we only paid for the room. When we asked for fried eggs, the staff didn’t hesitate and just went to make them all, which was fantastic, and we will be back very soon as we were coming from Scotland to see my family. There was nothing we didn’t like, as everything was great.

The location was great, but the breakfast choice could be better, especially for vegetarians; mixing spoons with bacon and sausages with other food was not good, and the carpet in the room could be cleaner.
