The room was clean, but there was no TV remote and the phone didn’t work. I asked for an 8:00 wake‑up call, and my cousin only called at 8:40 on my cell phone. I was heading to a funeral that started at 10:00, 47 miles away in Raleigh, and we missed it – that was terrible.

I liked the special‑needs bathroom and the location was spot‑on, but breakfast could have been a bit better – it was just okay.
