Embassy Suites Syracuse

“Aside from the construction noise and lack of pool, everything else was excellent.”

The design was very unique, the staff were fantastic, and the bar in the middle was awesome! After checking in, loud construction and work went on beside our room for about 4 hours, and the pool was completely under construction.

“Nicehotel in a convenient location”

The location was convenient, the room was large, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was great, but traffic noise was an issue.

Breakfast was good, but the staff were mediocre and there were no controls for the AC.

“Would stay again and recommend to others.. I’m a picky person too!”

I was surprised by how nice the hotel turned out to be; all the staff were happy and helpful, but the area the hotel is in was a drawback.

“Generally a good night”

Breakfast was fine, but I had trouble using the Hilton app and had to resort to a more expensive third‑party app; the hash brown potatoes were too salty, one of the lights near the bed was burnt out, and the bathroom lighting wasn’t bright enough for shaving.
