“Désastreux”

The front desk person was pleasant, but there were spider webs everywhere and every night my body was covered in more bites that looked like bedbug bites – a real nightmare, I won’t go back.

I’d rate it a 5; it’s not the staff, cleanliness, or location that matters, but the outdated 1‑star formula. It seems about forty years old, the concept is outdated, and the comfort is a bit cramped – I understand it’s better than a trucker’s cabin, but given the hectic lives of travelers, a bit more comfort would be nice. Just an observation, not a complaint.

“Salle nuit !”

Nothing good. The room had bedbugs, no bed, the floor wasn’t very clean, and there were fungi on the sink pipes.
