“Good hotel but disappointed with my specific room that was not what I booked and paid for”

The location is good and breakfast was tasty. I booked a 1‑bedroom room with a pull‑out couch, but I was given a studio instead, which was not what I had specifically looked for and was the main reason I chose this hotel.

“Hotel bonito, bem localizado e quarto espaçoso e confortável”

The hotel is well located, the breakfast is tasty, the room is large and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, even with a dishwasher. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is great too! We loved it! Nothing bad, everything was great!

“Passt”

The location is great near 16th Street. I waited days for an email reply, but nothing came despite repeated inquiries.

The breakfast was awesome, and the hotel’s location was perfect for our event – a great place to stay, nothing to complain about.
