Cheap. When we arrived the room hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests, and the parking lot was full of drug addicts.

The light in the shower was nice. There were not many guests, so there were no noisy neighbors. The manager said she would address the issues with the cleaning crew (especially adding the coffee pot to the "to-do" list). She was very nice. There was a cleanliness issue. The coffee pot was mis-used by a previous guest and left to mold. There were cockroaches (2 that I saw). The furniture (bed, nightstand, fridge/microwave stand) had definitely seen better days. Everything reminded you that you were just one among a string of people who stayed here. The Toilet paper was not even left on the spindle - it was on the back on the toilet. The Spindle was in the windowsill. (Cannot figure that one out)

“Would recommend if you're on a budget like me”

Easy to find right off the 99 freeway, which made me a bit nervous about traffic noise, but it was actually quite quiet. The staff at check‑in were very friendly. I was put in a second‑floor room at the far end of the property, behind the main U‑shaped ground‑floor rooms. Parking was fine for my Tacoma, though it would be tight for a big F‑350 dually. The room was adequately sized and everything worked. I’d definitely consider staying again. The shower lacked little trays or anything to hold bars of soap or the sample‑size shampoo or conditioner bottles.

“Good value for tge obey”

We had to switch rooms twice because the shower in the first one wouldn’t work and the hot water wouldn’t come on; the knob was stuck. The front desk was very helpful and found us a new room, so we changed rooms again. I got the two rooms reversed in my memory, but overall I liked the place; the staff made a difference, especially the sweet and attentive woman who was very customer‑focused.
