“For a luxury hotel I was very disappointed, like extremely unhappy with how my issues were not handles as requested and”
The place scores on location, security, decor, comfort, view, and lodging, but the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly—there was a pile of hair on the shower wall and urine around the toilet—so it wasn’t clean. The restaurant charged me for a steak that wasn’t cooked correctly, at market price, and sent food I didn’t order, charging me the same amount as the stay itself. I was very disappointed. I spoke to staff about it and they promised compensation but never delivered.

The staff are friendly, and the food is great. There were no negative aspects to add.

The front desk staff were pleasant and efficient; the room was clean, comfortable, with a very good bed, nice linens and towels. The rooftop bar was a nice experience, and the atrium was a really pleasant and quiet space. However, there was a lot of tram noise, and attempting to valet park at check‑in was impossible because the roadway was blocked by cars waiting. No bell staff offered to bring my bags to reception or the room. The Urban Farmer breakfast service and food were underwhelming; the coffee was not great and it took 10 minutes and multiple requests to get some cream for the coffee (actually more like sour milk).
