“Sympa”
The location was great. I was woken at 9 am by a vacuum cleaner in the hallway and heard noisy people the night before in the corridor.
The reception staff seemed annoyed.
“Unprofessional general manager. They got the dates mixed up for our booking and didn’t take accountability never again w”
The property itself was fine, but the general manager’s attitude toward guests’ complaints was absolutely abysmal. It wasn’t that clean, to be honest.
“Prévoir un service bagage avec des chariots . Une balance et un frigo mini bar en chambre”
The staff were friendly, especially Alexandre at reception. There was no luggage cart at this 4‑star Radisson hotel, and the room had no minibar.

I liked the bedding. The bathroom floor was moldy in places, and the floor and curtain had stains. The coffee machine is positioned oddly and needs to be moved to plug in. The €150 deposit had not been credited after 10 days, and my request for proof of release had never arrived.
