I slept on a wet but still comfortable bed and the place is in a great spot, but the shower room had a bit of mould and soap build‑up even though the tray and taps were clean.

The interior décor was bad, there were non‑working lamps, the air‑conditioner hadn’t been cleaned so we couldn’t turn it on, there was a night lamp but it was broken, and the curtains were very dirty and had already darkened.

The location is great, everything is within walking distance, and even the 81 bus takes you straight into the city – everything was perfect. The staff, both guys and girls, were all very friendly and the welcome was fantastic. In reality, everything went fine; the furniture is a bit dated, but nothing like what other reviews mention.

The reception staff were excellent, and the location is very convenient for visiting many tourist spots around the lake – 100% recommended. However, there are some details that could be improved in both the bathroom and the room overall, since I’ve stayed elsewhere for less money and the quality was better.
