The hotel is excellent, small, boutique, located perfectly by the lake and directly opposite Uniqlo. The rooms are pleasant and new. Breakfast is very nice. Highly recommended.

The hotel is charming, with staff ready to help with anything. We returned on a second trip to the city during the same tour and received an upgraded room. They allowed us to stay and enjoy the hotel facilities until the evening because of a late flight, including use of the spa showers and gym, and provided clean towels. Breakfast was hearty. The menu order was a bit less convenient, but it was supplemented by a rich snack bar. In the evening before departure, we ordered the best banh mi the hotel had ever served! The price is a bit high.

“A beautiful place I'd come back to.”

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and kind throughout our stay. My husband suffered a tummy ache after returning from a day‑trip tour, but the hotel’s private tour was seamless and enjoyable. I just loved it.
