The hotel was spotless and the facilities were great.
“Need improvement on hvac and water temp in shower.”
We had to move rooms because the AC was extremely loud. In the new room, the shower was completely empty of conditioner and there was no hot water. The stay was very disappointing.
“I would stay here again”
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There were plenty of “to buy” items in the snack area, and the shower pressure was so strong that my husband joked he didn’t need soap. The room was smaller than usual but still functional, and while there was no coffee machine in the room, coffee was always available in the lobby.
The computer system was down when I arrived so I didn't get to stay they couldn't find my reservation. So they were supposed to send my money back to my card in 4 business days, and it's been two weeks, and I have received nothing
“Won't go to another true.”
Breakfast had limited choices—no bananas or milk. The shower water pressure was so weak that it kept splashing onto the corners of the bed, and there was nowhere to hang my items.
