“Great stay”

The breakfast lady was fantastic and did a great job at the breakfast station, the rooms were clean and the lobby looked nice. The pool floor could use a little more work and you can hear the rooms around you.

“Excellent for a restful weekend.”

The place is right off the highway and the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty extensive and tasty. My room was two doors down from the elevator, and there were plenty of parking spots close to the front door. Overall, almost everything matched what you’d expect from a semi‑budget motel or even better. If I ever pass through Terre Haute again, this will be my first pick. The only issues were that the air conditioning in the bathroom was too strong—after soaking in the tub I started shivering the moment I stepped out. The bed‑frame had a part that stuck out exactly where my ankle would hit every time I got out of bed. And a few times one or both key cards glitched and wouldn’t open the door; on one occasion neither worked, but the staff reset the keys and then they worked fine.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were exceptionally clean and the kids loved the pool. Breakfast had plenty of choices and everything was good!

I liked the convenience and the price. I felt itchy all night and the next morning I found a black shirt on the bed covered in hair. I’m not sure if there were pets or if the laundry didn’t clean properly, but whatever it was, I must have been allergic because I itched all night.
